The opportunity The Account Coordinator in the Ernst & Young Electronic Publishing (EYEP) group has responsibility for maintaining, developing, and prospecting new sales for EY Canadian Tax Library/Knotia to clients and pursuits of EY. The incumbent is also responsible for product training, customer retention, product awareness and lead generation. Your key responsibilities
Develop and build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and staff across Canada
Create a robust sales pipeline of opportunities
Develop marketing collateral and digital marketing initiatives to support our go-to-market strategy
Deliver virtual and in-person product sales presentations and provide client support to key accounts and pursuits
Execute appropriate follow-up process with key targets to further define needs and business opportunities \xe2\x80\x93 includes follow up to marketing campaigns, cold calls, scheduling meetings, etc.
Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for all product sites
Co-ordinate and present EYEP/Knotia product line at trade shows, events, and conferences
Provide client support and troubleshooting

Ability to be proactive, use own initiative, and work independently, as well as part of the team
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong client handling skills and ability to work with all levels of staff
To qualify for the role you must have
Undergraduate University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience ideally in the area of marketing and communications
1-3 years of relevant experience in a sales, communications, marketing, or customer service role
Previous experience with research, analysis and reporting
Strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks, receive work from various sources and with tight deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.
