Are you up for the challenge of elevating the customer experience through providing the best solution as a trusted partner for our customers?We are looking to expand our team with Appliance Sales Representative for our KENT PRO team.Location: anywhere in New BrunswickKENT PRO Appliance Sales Representatives partner with contractors to fully understand their needs and assist in planning construction projects. As knowledgeable sales professionals, PRO Appliance sales representatives can make recommendations which solve customers\xe2\x80\x99 problems.What you will do:

  • Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge within the Multi Residential/ Home Builder Space.
  • Have a weekly./ monthly cadence with our PRO Desks and regional outside sales staff to develop and capture opportunities.
  • Engage with vendors to understand current builder appliance trends. Understand and work with vendor portals.
  • Clarify and understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and take them to the best solution(s) for their projects.
  • Grow the geographic sales area by building new relationships with PROS by strengthening relationships with existing sales accounts
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and present estimates.
What you bring:
  • Professional Sales Experience with the proven ability to close the sale.
  • Sales Experience in a fast-paced customer service and sales environment in Retail, Appliance Sales experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • You will have to pass a standard background check.
