About the Role
We're hiring a
Junior Business Development Representative
to support our growth. This is a great entry-level role for someone looking to build a career in sales, marketing, or operations. You'll work
in-office
with a team that values hustle, good ideas, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research new sales leads (property managers, contractors, realtors, etc.)
Make outbound calls and send outreach emails to potential commercial clients
Help create and follow up on sales proposals
Support local marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns
Help maintain a social media presence
Assist with tracking results and organizing weekly reports
Contribute energy, ideas, and good vibes to the team!
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills -- written and verbal
Comfortable making phone calls and handling rejection professionally
Motivated, curious, and eager to learn
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Excel is a bonus
Reliable, organized, and professional
