:We are in search of an Entry Level Treasury Analyst to join our team in Surrey, British Columbia. This role is integral to our Financial Services operations, where you will be primarily handling customer loan files and updating commercial loans. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity that offers the chance to contribute to our treasury team's efforts in maintaining accurate data and streamlining internal processes.Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough review of loan files as identified by our treasury team, ensuring its accuracy with treasury data.
• Actively assist in identifying and inputting data required for new regulatory frameworks into our data warehouse.
• Take charge in evaluating and establishing internal processes for efficient data gathering.
• Play a vital role in updating our policies and procedures when necessary.
• Perform detailed examinations of securitized loan files, specifically focusing on penalties and comparing them to previous documents to identify any discrepancies.
• Oversee the updating process of commercial loans, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle personal loans and mortgages with utmost diligence and accuracy.
• Utilize various software and technical skills such as Automated Underwriting System, Calyx Point, CRM, Data Processing, and LaserPro.
• Uphold excellent customer service at all times, resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.

• Proficiency in using Automated Underwriting System
• Experience with Calyx Point software
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong data processing skills
• Ability to use LaserPro software effectively
• Experience with the 'About Time' software is advantageous
• Knowledge of closing processes within the financial industry
• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Understanding of credit systems and processes
• Excellent customer service skills
