Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Technical Sales Representative to join our Inspection Division sales team. Your main responsibilities will be to quote renewal contacts and estimate deficiency contracts following inspections made by our field technicians. Systems to include servicing fire alarm, sprinkler, emergency lights and portable extinguishers systems. Among other things, your responsibilities will be to:

• Manage client relations and provide excellent customer service;
• Approve and/or review inspection reports;
• Prepare deficiency quotations;
• Review existing account base and increase revenue and profitability within the accounts;
• Renew inspection contracts and set up service agreements;
• Prepare work estimates and follow-up on quotations;
• Ensure an after-sale follow-up with the customers;
• Prepare all documents necessary for opening contracts;
• Review sales leads and pending customers\' requests and coordinate with all teams involved;
• Be the first point of contact for customers\' concerns regarding their inspection and service needs with their fire protection systems;
• Meet with clients to identify their needs in terms of fire protection and/or fire alarm systems;
• Maintain sustained sales activities within the accounts.

• Diploma in fire protection, building mechanics, construction or sprinkler system installer certification;
• Junior applicants acceptable;
• 2-3 years\' sales experience preferred (fire protection and fire alarm knowledge an asset);
• Ability to rapidly understand customers\' needs;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Team oriented;
• Field experience;
• Valid driver\'s licence.
