As a Sous Chef, you will assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Duties

Collaborate on menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and presentation to maintain exceptional standards. Maintain kitchen operations including prep, service, and closing duties. Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Uphold a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant management or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment. Discreet, reliable, and committed to excellence in every dish. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration within the team. A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
