Junior Full Stack Developer (AI)

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

We are looking for two enthusiastic and motivated Full Stack Developers to join our team and contribute to our AI transformation strategy. You will play a key role in developing and deploying AI-powered solutions by leveraging your full-stack development skills and passion for artificial intelligence. This position is ideal for junior developers with a strong interest in AI, who are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work 100% on AI-related projects as part of the company's AI transformation strategy. Develop and maintain scalable applications across various stacks, including Java, .NET, Python, and React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features and solutions. Assist in integrating AI frameworks and tools into existing systems. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices in software development. Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify innovative ways to leverage AI in solving business challenges. Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

Nice to Have Technical Skills:

Experience with LangChain or similar AI frameworks (a strong asset but not required). Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools. Proficiency in working with APIs and data pipelines.

Who You Are:

A recent graduate or junior developer with 1-2 years of experience in full-stack development. Passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to apply it in real-world projects. Comfortable working with a variety of programming languages and frameworks (Java, .NET, Python, React). A proactive learner who thrives in a collaborative team setting. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
