As a Junior Software Developer joining our IT Team, you will play a key role in crafting modernized and innovative software solutions tailored for our company and industry. Your primary focus will be working alongside other developers on creating and elevating property management systems that align with our ambitious organization goals leading to enhanced efficiency, the streamlining of workflow processes, allowing us to provide an even better client experience.




In this role, you will:

Collaborate with a team to design, develop, and implement sustainable IT solutions. Support software development lifecycle processes, ensuring efficiency and quality. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. Champion best coding practices and identify areas for improvement. Document software development and provide instructions to end users.

Hold a diploma or degree in computer science or a related field. Have hands-on experience in Git, Node.js, Next.js, React, TypeScript, and databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Possess strong communication skills and thrive in an agile, collaborative environment. Demonstrate enthusiasm for leveraging technology to address real-world challenges. What we offer:

$60,000-65,000 annual salary based on experience and qualifications. Full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday. Weekends and statutory holidays are off. Working-from-home opportunities may be available once the training has been completed successfully (please note that in-office hours are required) 2 weeks' vacation per annum.
