Stadium Nissan is currently looking to add a qualified
JUNIOR SERVICE ADVISOR
to our team.:
The
JUNIOR SERVICE ADVISOR
is responsible for accurately identifying and verifying a customer's needs, and providing professional, courteous, and positive customer service. The role must be able to effectively communicate to customers the accurate cost of services, parts and the time of completion.General Responsibilities:
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information Knowledge in some aspects of automotive repair and maintenance Provide excellent customer service Ensure customers vehicles are kept clean and treated with respect.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with clean driver's and ability to drive a manual transmission would be an asset. Ability to learn new technology and service techniques. 1+ year(s) experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
