We're looking for an enthusiastic

Junior Sales Representative

who's eager to learn, enjoys talking to people, and wants to build a rewarding career in sales. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who loves a fast-paced environment, thrives on teamwork, and is excited about learning the ins and outs of customer relationships and sales strategy.

You'll work closely with our account managers and sales team -- gaining real experience, developing your skills, and contributing directly to company growth.

What You'll Do

Assist account managers with client needs -- answering inquiries, scheduling meetings, and following up with customers. Conduct

daily outbound calls and emails

to build relationships and uncover sales opportunities. Support

sales campaigns and lead generation efforts

using company tools and templates. Maintain accurate customer information in our internal database. Participate in team meetings, sales training, and development sessions. Project a professional image in all customer and vendor communications. Handle light administrative support for management when needed.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (some post-secondary education a plus). 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or phone-based work (sales experience an asset). Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Basic computer literacy and attention to detail. Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (required).
