Junior Sales Representative
to support growth through
client renewals
and
field lead generation
.
ResponsibilitiesClient Renewals (Phone)
Call existing Vision Gazon clients to renew annual programs
Follow provided scripts and pricing
Log all calls and follow-ups in the
CRM
Lead Generation (Field - Daytime)
Work on the road
with a technician
when scheduled
Prospect the same streets being serviced
Offer a
free lawn care quote
Collect signed contact authorizations
Enter all leads in the
CRM
Schedule
Daytime: renewals
and/or
field work with technician
Evenings: renewal calls
Flexible, coordinated internally
Compensation
Commission-based
Paid per
renewed contract
and
qualified lead
Typical earnings:
$18-25/hour equivalent
Requirements
Comfortable on the phone and in person
At ease with CRM tools
(mandatory)
Organized and reliable
French and English is required
Driver's license: asset
