Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a property located in Victoria. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that all tenant needs are met efficiently. This role requires effective communication and negotiation abilities, as well as a solid understanding of property management practices.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of residential property, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service. Conduct property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and improvement projects. Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office management tasks. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with tenants and vendors. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients. A background in customer service will be beneficial in addressing tenant needs efficiently.
