Junior Property Manager (Commercial/Residential)
Location: North York | Full-Time Position
Miramar Property Management is seeking a full-time Junior Property Manager to assist in managing a growing portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the GTA. This role is ideal for someone with relevant property management experience who is fluent in Mandarin and English, and ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial property management
Strong understanding of landlord-tenant relations and property operations
Fluency in both Mandarin and English (required)
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Condominium Management License is a bonus
