Job Description

MacDonell Welding and Metal Working Ltd. is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for managing a number of small teams and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our project management.

Essential Duties:

Work with the Project Manager to ensure that all project management activities are executed in a timely manner and in accordance with MacDonell Welding and Metal Working Ltd. standards. Create reports for project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Assist with the daily operations of the tools. Coordinate with other team members to ensure that all projects are running smoothly. Manage the project process from start to finish. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, prioritization, and time management. Ability to work independently on projects as assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required in combination with experience in a related field.

A company vehicle, gas card, cellphone, laptop, and tablet are included in the employment package.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
