Job Responsibilities



As a Junior Project Manager / Site Supervisor, you will work closely with the Management to support day-to-day operations and ensure renovation projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards. Your duties will include:

Assisting in planning, scheduling, and coordinating apartment renovation projects. Communicating with trades, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow. Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to senior management. Performing site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes. Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules. Supporting in problem-solving on-site challenges and coordinating solutions quickly. Ensuring health, safety, and building code requirements are met on all projects.

Qualifications & Requirements



Minimum of 7 years of project coordination experience in commercial and residential renovations (residential apartment renovations preferred).

Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications

to ensure accurate execution of renovation and construction plans.

Proven experience in taking precise on-site measurements

and translating them into practical construction layouts and material requirements.

Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations (OBC), with the ability to read, interpret, and apply them effectively

to ensure compliance and quality workmanship. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Demonstrated ability to provide

effective leadership and strategic direction

to on-site teams, ensuring efficient execution and delivering high-quality outcomes on renovation projects.

Strong communication

and interpersonal skills to work effectively with management, clients, trades, and team members. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with project management software (Asana, Microsoft Project; Monday.com, Procore, BuilderTrend). Familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD or Revit. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Schedule:



Monday to Friday from (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Occasional flexibility based on project needs
