As a Junior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely problem-solving. You'll be responsible for maintaining documentation, tracking progress, managing workflows, and supporting the achievement of project goals.
As part of our team, you will:
provide project management and administrative support to teams and ministry partners
gather and refine requirements to develop detailed schedules and integrated project plans
coordinate task allocation, monitor progress, and manage deadlines
track project risks, issue timely status updates, and offer technical advice to clients to support effective problem-solving
maintain accurate project documentation and assist in the planning, development, and preparation of related materials and formal submissions
act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and management

using tools and software aligned with project life cycle methodologies
planning and managing project budgets and resources
