Join the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement as a Junior Project Manager with IT Source, where you'll contribute to meaningful business and technology initiatives across government. As part of a dynamic team, you'll support high-impact projects aligned with government priorities, rotating through assignments that span multiple ministries and locations across the GTA and Oshawa.

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely problem-solving. You'll be responsible for maintaining documentation, tracking progress, managing workflows, and supporting the achievement of project goals.



As part of our team, you will:

provide project management and administrative support to teams and ministry partners gather and refine requirements to develop detailed schedules and integrated project plans coordinate task allocation, monitor progress, and manage deadlines track project risks, issue timely status updates, and offer technical advice to clients to support effective problem-solving maintain accurate project documentation and assist in the planning, development, and preparation of related materials and formal submissions act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and management

You have demonstrated expertise in:

applying project management methodologies, techniques, and control methods using tools and software aligned with project life cycle methodologies planning and managing project budgets and resources identifying and resolving roadblocks in planning, scheduling, and cost estimation creating reports, sharing updates, and recommending solutions to overcome obstacles

Technical skills:




You can:


manage software/technical projects and oversee critical milestones understand and apply standards and policies to support I&IT projects and project components plan and monitor operational project management policies and procedures use tools like MS Office Suite, Asana, or Trello for scheduling and collaboration

prepare a wide range of written materials, including submissions and project plans foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders recommend project management requirements and identify administrative solutions conduct assessments and determine project or operational needs
