Summary



We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring every job is executed with excellence--from initial measurements through final walkthrough. You will be providing immediate assistance to our Project Manager. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Assist in planning and executing projects from inception to completion. Collaboration with design team and sales lead to ensure product accuracy and ready for production. Development of high-level work plans to meet or exceed the clients schedule, cost and quality goals while maintaining our competitive advantage. Oversight of project timeline and ensuring accountability of each department. Ensure compliance with project standards, company policies, and industry regulations. After-sales project support with any customer requested documentation, manuals or inquiries. Ensure documentation and files are efficiently prepared and managed with a high level of accuracy. Maintain project information including work plans, schedules, project files and reports. Effectively and accurately communicate project information and updates to the client and project team. Monitor project costs through change order and contract adjustment procedures. Assist the Project Manager in a variety of tasks, such as reviewing and processing shop drawings, preparing correspondence, communicating discrepancies in project reports, prepare documents such as RFI's, deficiencies and estimates. Reviewing reports from the project's consultants. Act as a liaison between clients, architects, consultants, engineers and sub-contractors. Assist in the preparation of work proposals, Purchase Orders, Change orders, contracts, etc. Ensure timely completion of project milestones and to produce project close out documentation.

Qualifications



Proven experience in project management or a related role is preferred. Understanding of construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong computer skills, including MS Office and project management tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
