Job Description

We're looking for a

Junior Project Manager

with a strong foundation in

data

and a growing understanding of

AI technologies

to help drive cross-functional projects across our organization. In this role, you'll support the planning, execution, and delivery of data-driven and AI-related initiatives. You'll work closely with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of data and AI projects from initiation to completion Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Operations Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help resolve issues Maintain project documentation, track milestones, and prepare status reports Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies (if working in Agile/Scrum environment) Translate technical requirements into clear action items and timelines Ensure data governance and compliance practices are followed in all projects Communicate project updates and deliverables to stakeholders Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future processes

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management role (internships included) Familiarity with data analytics, AI concepts, or machine learning workflows Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Experience working with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project Familiarity with tools like SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to Have:

Exposure to AI/ML projects or platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker) Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master) Experience in a data-centric or technology company
