With a recent territory expansion and rapid business growth, Commercial Truck Equipment is seeking a proactive and detail-orientated individual to support our Operations team from the quoting phase through to production. One of our team members has been promoted to a new role, so we are eagerly hiring to fill the vacancy. Reporting to our Operations Managers, the Junior Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in organizing project documentation, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities from initial quoting to final production, ensuring alignment with project times and objectives
Maintain and organize comprehensive project documentation, including quotes, work orders, drawings, and change orders
Facilitate communication between project managers, quoting professionals, production team, engineering team, and customers
Schedule and prepare for project meetings, including recording minutes and following up action items
Schedule and coordinate with outside vendors and suppliers
Manage internal warranties and registrations
Education, Skills and Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors
Excellent communication (both oral and written English) and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external clients
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability of work collaboratively within a team environment
Working knowledge of MS Office package with an emphasis in Excel and Word
Comfortable interacting in a shop floor environment
Some post-secondary education will be an asset
Previous work experience as Project Coordinator, Customer Service Rep, or Inside Sales will be an asset
Knowledge of the truck equipment industry or mechanical aptitude will be an asset
Training and product familiarization will be provided to the successful candidate.
