Primary Accountabilities
You are responsible for the management and support of various programs within the Communities, Sport, and Recreation division. Working primarily with diverse non-profit groups across the province, you apply and integrate the concepts of equity, diversity, and inclusion in all areas of the work. You will monitor budgets and forecasts through timely and effective coordination and analysis of program expenditures and reports and work to improve processes to support effective program delivery and implementation.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor\'s degree plus one (1) year of experience in a related field or an acceptable equivalent from a recognized post-secondary institution.
You have program management/client service experience in a busy, fast-paced environment. You are familiar with administering programs and have experience developing workback plans and advising clients on strategy and approach, as well as experience managing a budget.
We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.

Additional Information
This is a Temporary employment opportunity with an anticipated end date of July 2024. The appointment status (\'term\', \'temporary\' or \'casual\') is dependent on the start date of the successful candidate.
