We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Designer to support the engineering and operations teams by
maintaining accurate CAD models and ensuring Bills of Materials (BOMs) are correctly reflected in ERP
, enabling reliable manufacturing, purchasing, costing, and inventory accuracy.Job Responsibilities:
CAD & Engineering Support
Update and maintain
3D CAD models
(SolidWorks) Ensure drawings reflectas-built and as-released
configurations Support engineers with drawing revisions and documentationBOM & ERP Integration (Core Value)
Create, update, and maintain
engineering BOMs in ERP
(Intuitive / Aptean or similar) EnsureCAD BOMs match ERP BOMs
(quantities, revisions, item numbers) Link CAD part numbers to ERP item master records SupportECO / revision control
processes Flag discrepancies between CAD, ERP, and shop floor realityRequired Skills (Must-Haves)
1-3 years experience with
CAD software
(SolidWorks strongly preferred) Understanding ofBOM structures
(parent/child, sub-assemblies) High attention to detail and data accuracy Comfortable working inERP systems
(or strong aptitude to learn) Ability to follow documented processes and revision controlsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 per hour
