The investment analyst will serve as the liaison between our startup founders and our corporate members.Express Interest: If interstested, in addition to applying on this site, please complete this short survey: insurtechnyassoc.paperform.coResponsibilities: The investment analyst will support InsurTech NY with: Deal pipeline management - manage the pipeline of startups that participate in our competition, accelerator, and events Due diligence - support the due diligence of our competition and accelerator applicants. Corporate matchmaking - connect the startups in our pipeline with our corporate partners for official programs Market landscaping - create maps of startup landscapes Marketing and outreach - support marketing efforts of our innovation programs manager including copywriting and social media marketingIdeal Professional Profile: 0 - 2 Years experience in a related field Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or technical field Startup, consulting, banking, accounting, or VC experience preferred Strong ability to conduct researchIdeal Personal Attributes: Self-starter work ethic with ability to learn quickly Demonstrated strong writing skills Excellent critical thinking, analytical and research skills Verbal communication skills Motivated, optimistic, and passionate about the insurance industry Strong ability to build relationships and trust as part of a small team Willingness to be flexible and nimbleLogistics: Full-time Immediate start date with some flexibilityThe Company: InsurTech NY is a community based organization to accelerate insurance innovation.
