Position: Junior Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator
Location: Saint-Laurent (hybrid)

Our client, a well-established company in the retail/fashion industry, is looking to hire a Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator to join their team in Saint-Laurent in Montreal.
Our client has a lot to offer:
- Salary up to $65K subject to experience
- Hybrid set-up

- Permanent and full-time position
Your challenge:

- Full cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding
- Enter new employees into payroll system - training on payroll provided
- Process 3 commission payrolls
- Prepare payroll journal entries
- Enroll employees for health insurance (Canada)
- Monitor ACA reporting
- Conduct exit interviews
- Work on special projects

Requirements:
- Knowledge of Quebec Labor Standards
- Desire to learn Payroll
- 1 year of professional experience in HR
- Academic background in HR
