Primoris Canada is an infrastructure contractor serving major firms in the oil, gas, power, petrochemical, and heavy oil industries and include services covering tailings and hydro-transport pipeline construction and maintenance, storage tank construction and maintenance, industrial facilities multi-discipline construction and maintenance, piping fabrication, and pipeline integrity services.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Junior HSE Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the integrity of our organization's documents and records.

JOB DUTIES

Work under the direction of HSE leadership on multiple tasks requiring judgment to resolve problems Ensure training and documentation systems are maintained and record all employees training and competency requirements Conduct safety inspections, observations, incident investigations, risk assessments and audits Ensure regular safety meetings are conducted and that proper documentation is completed and logged, as per company policy Provide HSE orientation to new employees, subcontractors, and visitors Prepare method of statement/reports Various other duties as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with document management systems and software would be a huge asset. Excellent communication

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Detail-orientated Computer skills with proficiency in use of MS Office products Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to represent the company in a professional and courteous manner Organized and self-motivated
