Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is analytical, creative, and eager to make a tangible impact on a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Initiatives:

Assist in developing and implementing growth strategies across multiple channels, including e-commerce, email marketing, and partnerships.

Campaign Management:

Support the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition and engagement.

Data Analysis:

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and customer behaviour to identify areas for optimization and growth.

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for expansion.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and design teams to align on growth objectives and execute initiatives effectively.

Testing & Optimization:

Implement A/B testing strategies, analyze results, and recommend improvements to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelors Degree Creative problem-solver with an eagerness to learn and grow.
