Family Lawyer - Nazarian Law (Toronto, ON)

Nazarian Law, a Toronto-based law firm, is expanding its Family Law practice and is seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Lawyer to join our team.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

Draft and review domestic contracts (e.g., prenuptial and cohabitation agreements). Represent clients in court, mediation, and negotiations. Advise clients on matters including divorce, parenting, child support, spousal support, and property division. Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements. Develop case strategies tailored to client needs. Conduct legal research and remain up to date with developments in family law.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Ontario. Minimum 1 year of family law experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple files independently. Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to ethical and client-focused practice. Proficiency with legal research tools and technology.
