You will be responsible for assisting the lead estimators and senior employees in the administration of upcoming and ongoing projects. These duties include:
a. Site-specific procedures and environmental audits
b. Design and execution of Traffic Plans
c. Design and execution of ECO Plans
d. Sourcing and ordering of materials for projects
e. Assist in bidding by obtaining bonds, insurance, quotes and products
f. Assist in the annual Audit of the Company
g. Assist in reviewing and revising any Company procedures and practices
h. Assist in implementing any changes required to stay COR certificated.
i. Manage all safety sites with current safety information
j. Schedule training for employees
k. Answer and operate a multi-line phone
l. Be computer literate and have experience in operating office equipment
m. Have experience in Word, Excel, Projects, Auto CAD and Adobe
n. Be able to handle multiple tasks daily
o. Be friendly, organized and detailed
p. Write and help execute methodologys
Bridge experience is an Asset.
Wages are negotiable depending on experience.
