Junior
Estimator
with a good understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and quantitative analysis.Key Responsibilities:
Review drawings, specs, and site conditions. Measure and calculate materials, labor, and equipment. Source pricing, apply overhead, and create cost breakdowns. Compile compliant bids and proposals. Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain vendor database. Maintain records, prepare reports, and track bid outcomes. Clarify scope and pricing with clients and team. Suggest cost-effective alternatives. Support project handover with cost data and scope clarification.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $22 - $25 depending on experience.

Requirement
A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field is preferred. 2 - 3 years of experience in Canada. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Blue Beam, MS Project. G License and owns a car. WHIMS & WAH Certificates

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
