The Junior Estimator will play a key role in supporting our customers by preparing accurate pricing and quotations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities

Review and analyze customer requests Prepare and submit accurate pricings Enter information into the ERP system with precision Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and assist them with any inquiries they have Request pricing from different vendors Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations Other duties as assigned

Mandatory Requirements

One year or more experience in issuing quotations Experience with Office 365, Order Entry Software, and Internet Information Gathering/Research Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven fast paced environment Experience suggesting and implementing changes to processes and procedure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Order Entry Software and Internet Information Gathering/Research Demonstrated analytical, organizational, planning and team building skills Customer centric - Obsessive about providing excellent customer service.
