Responsibilities

Provide polite, positive and courteous client service, both in person and over the phone
Manage reception switchboard; answer and direct incoming calls from internal and external sources
Assist in the delivery of consumer insolvency services
Responsible for file documentation and management
Responsible, self starter with willingness to open and close offices and confidence to work alone
Ability to deal with clients, understand their financial situation and provide guidance
Assist with tax related enquiries
Respond to client and other interested party queries
Responsible for ensuring a consistent approach and compliance with policies and legislation as they relate to insolvency
Identify ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value
Develop a thorough understanding of MNP\'s services, businesses, and industry
Perform routine clerical duties including photocopying, faxing and printing reports and daily deposits, as required

Skills and Experience

Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in a related field is considered an asset
Willing to enroll in Insolvency related programs including administrator and counselling under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
