Horizon design team seeking for the ideal candidate who\xe2\x80\x99s passionate working in the dynamic environment, who will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create unique designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients. The overall objective of the role is to work alongside the Design Manager and work independently to manage and execute all project tasks that are required to maintain our exceptional client experience. Qualifications:
- Experience in kitchen design industry is an asset
- Proficient in Sketchup, 2020Technologies, AutoCAD or similar.
- Attention to detail, accuracy & thoroughness are fundamental competencies in this job.
- Passionate, innovative, customer service oriented
- Educate customers on products and design/renovation process
- Coordinate design consultations, quotations and orders
- Maintain a good relationship with clients throughout the entire design process to ensure outstanding customer experience
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, must be a team player
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Commission pay
- Newmarket, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
