to support our Dealer Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Regional Sales Manager to support growth of cabinet sales in the BC/AB region for Superior Cabinets. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel on short notice depending on the location.

Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to service and support existing accounts and training while proactively developing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in meetings, while also performing general administrative and office duties.
Conduct research, review information, and prepare forms and documentation related to account management.
Stay up to date on company products and market trends to effectively support both new and existing accounts.
Work with management to set sales targets and be accountable for sales growth in region.
Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, targets, and prospective opportunities as required.
Skills:
Class 5 driver's license with clean abstract.
Personable & trustworthy.
Growing understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
Proficient computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & OneNote.
Proficient Windows OS knowledge and use an asset.
Design software (2020, ProKitchens, AutoCAD) knowledge and use an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
