Duties
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Promote products and services through upselling techniques while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills in English and French ;
Ability to engage with customers positively while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $45,000.00-$47,500.00 per year
