Harlo Entertainment is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our exciting, fast-paced team as a Creative Producer. As a Creative Producer you will create visual concepts that inform, inspire and embody our vision and amplify our brand awareness across our portfolio companies.

What you'll do



Capture on-location content

across our restaurants, including food, interiors, team, guests (with permission), and events.

Plan, film, and edit short-form videos

(Reels, TikToks, Stories) tailored to each platform's trends and best practices.

Shoot and edit photography

for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing use. Work with the marketing team to

conceptualize creative content ideas and campaigns

aligned with seasonal menus, offers, and experiences.

Stay ahead of social media trends-

identifying sound, editing, and storytelling opportunities to keep our brand fresh and engaging. Maintain a

consistent visual identity

and tone of voice across all content. Organize and manage a

digital content library

for efficient access and reuse. Attend and

cover special events

, menu launches, and brand activations, occasionally during evenings or weekends. Capture and produce high-quality video content for marketing, events, and promotional materials, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with brand guidelines and objectives. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What You'll Need



Proven experience as a

Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Producer

(portfolio required). Skilled in

videography, photography, and post-production editing

(mobile or DSLR). Proficiency in

editing tools

such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar. Strong understanding of

Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends

in hospitality and lifestyle spaces. Creative mindset with an eye for

composition, lighting, and storytelling.

Excellent time management and organizational skills. Willingness to

travel between venues

and work flexible hours when needed. Experience creating content for

restaurants, bars, hotels, or lifestyle brands.

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). Familiarity with influencer collaboration or user-generated content campaigns.
