Social Media Intern

to help drive our online presence and bring our program to life through powerful, engaging content. If you're a motivated self-starter who lives and breathes social media and wants real-world experience in a high-performance sports environment -- this is your shot.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Develop and post

daily content

across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube

Film and photograph

games, practices, team events, and behind-the-scenes moments Create eye-catching

captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos

that tell our story Track post performance and adjust strategy to

maximize engagement

Pitch and execute creative campaigns that highlight our athletes, team culture, and the Academy experience Be a central part of the digital voice and visual identity of the Surrey Eagles Academy

WHO YOU ARE:

A creative thinker with a strong visual style and understanding of social trends Experienced (or confident!) with photo and video editing tools and platforms Self-motivated, organized, and able to take initiative without constant supervision Strong written communication skills with an understanding of brand tone and storytelling Passionate about sports and youth development -- hockey knowledge is a big plus! Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in marketing, media, communications, or a related field

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN:
