Help install and maintain IT/OT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, fibre optics, wireless systems) Assist in analyzing client needs for ongoing projects Help draft technical documents and reports Support senior team members in preparing technical proposals Help with technical project coordination, under supervision Develop your networking, virtualization and server administration skills Learn how to interact with clients and understand their expectations Be exposed to a variety of exciting and dynamic technological environments

Summary of certifications and job requirements

One to three years of experience in one or more of the following areas: networking, telecommunications, virtualization or server administration Bachelor's degree or college diploma in electrical engineering, computer science, telecommunications or another relevant field Advanced level of English to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally. The frequency of English use may range from occasional to daily, depending on ongoing projects Advanced level of French to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients in Quebec. Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc.) Experience with network equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Aruba, etc.) Knowledge of virtualization technologies (ESXi, VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments Asset: interest in fibre optic technologies and structured cabling Asset: technical certifications (CCNA, NSE, etc.)
