We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused
Junior Administrator
to join our team in the property maintenance and condominium management industry. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Junior Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of our office, assist property managers, and serve as a friendly, helpful point of contact for condo owners, board members, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from condominium owners, tenants, and board members with professionalism and courtesy
Track and coordinate maintenance requests and service calls, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for property records, service logs, meeting minutes, and correspondence
Assist with the preparation and distribution of notices, reports, meeting agendas, and condo board packages
Support the scheduling of site visits, inspections, and vendor appointments
Input data and update records in property management software and internal databases
Monitor and reorder office and maintenance supplies as needed
Collaborate with property managers and contractors to support administrative needs across multiple properties
Take initiative and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous administrative or customer service experience (property or condo management experience is an asset but not required)
Outstanding
customer service and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software (e.g. Shiftsuite) is a plus
