Overview



We are currently searching for the

Junior Administrator, IT

to join our Business Operations department.

The Junior Administrator, IT provides first-level technical support to end users, assists with system and network administration, and ensures daily IT operations run smoothly. This role focuses on troubleshooting, workstation set-up, hardware and software installations, and providing timely service to staff and branches under the supervision of Senior IT staff.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests, available via in-person, phone, or remote support. Install, configure, and maintain PCs, peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners, desktop accessories), and user software. Support network issues and escalate to senior staff members if required. Perform routine system monitoring and backups. Procure and maintain IT asset inventory and track software licenses. Capture and maintain incident resolution steps and prepare simple technical guides for users. Support the onboarding of new employees by setting up accounts, email, and system access, and by providing orientation on the Bank's standard IT tools, systems, and security practices. Communicate with Parent Bank in South Korea for IT support requests. Perform data extraction when required, using SQL (Oracle, MySQL) Perform other related duties or special assignments as directed by the Manager.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Knowledge of SQL, scripting, and fundamental programming concepts (MUST Have) Basic familiarity with programing languages and frameworks, such as C, Java, NTML, JSP, and Spring Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written).
