Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: East-End Montreal, hybrid (1 day per week after training period)
Salary: Up to $55K (depending on experience)
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Our exceptional partner and leader in real estate development located in the east end of Montreal, is eagerly hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their elite team.

Who we would love to meet:

- At least 2 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivables
- Bilingual to communicate efficiently with tenants outside of Quebec
- College Degree in Accounting (asset)
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and resolve issues
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Main responsibilities:

- Enter daily checks into the system
- Enter post-dated checks into the system
- Enter electronically received transfers
- Assist in collections in collaboration with management and/or legal department
- Analyze client accounts and prepare monthly meetings for the buildings under your responsibility
