Position: Collections / Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: East-End Montreal, hybrid (1 day per week after training period)
Salary: Up to $55K (depending on experience)
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Our exceptional partner, leading real estate development company located in East-end of Montreal, is eagerly hiring a Collections / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.

Who we would love to meet:

- At least 2 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivables
- Experience in real estate industry (asset)
- Bilingual to communicate efficiently with tenants outside of Quebec
- At least a College Degree in Accounting (asset)
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and resolve issues
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Main responsibilities:

- Enter daily checks into the system
- Enter post-dated checks into the system
- Enter electronically received transfers
- Prepare and enter pre-authorized receipts once rent registers are generated for the buildings and send information to the bank
- Make photocopies of checks for filing purposes
- Carry out certain tenant billings
- Assist in collections in collaboration with management and/or legal department
- Prepare and send default letters to tenants
- Analyze client accounts and prepare monthly meetings for the buildings under your responsibility
