Junior Accountant

. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports. Record day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Support accounts payable and receivable operations. Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy. Help in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses. Assist during audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and databases. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Collaborate with the senior accounting team for month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
