- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Preparation of T1 Personal tax returns & T2 Corporation tax returns (including but not limited to verifying documentation and entering data)
```Requirements```
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Preferred: Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Profile tax software
- Proficient in Micosoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong understanding of financial services and principles
- Experience with account reconciliation and financial analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
