We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Accountant

to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Reconcile bank statements Support month-end and year-end close processes Maintain general ledger entries and support journal entries Prepare and file tax documents as needed Assist with internal and external audits Help maintain accurate and organized financial records Use accounting software Sage X3 to input and manage data Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned Help develop and support short- and long-term operational strategies Establish (in coordination with the Controller) financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly, and annual basis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or working toward one) 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance Strong understanding of ERP processes and financial data analysis Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Sage X3, SEI reporting Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance standards

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
