Responsibilities

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Perform bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts. Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports, including budget analysis and account analysis. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft for various accounting tasks. Participate in auditing processes to ensure compliance with corporate finance regulations. Assist with payroll processing and related financial services tasks as needed. Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, payroll, budgeting, and auditing principles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis effectively. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
