The Director will be a transformative leader with a proven track record of advancing non-profit organizations towards impactful and sustainable growth. This individual will drive operational excellence, enhance programmatic impact, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the JUMP! Foundation's mission.
The Director will lead JUMP! Foundation's non-profit activities in Canada and North America with a focus on transformational learning programs and impactful partnerships. Utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework, the Director will ensure alignment across our social impact teams, foster collaboration, and maintain accountability. The role will include overseeing systems, structures, and strategies to deliver high-quality experiential education programs while amplifying JUMP!'s mission to inspire, empower, and engage youth globally.
This individual will lead efforts to increase program impact, develop strategic partnerships, secure funding, and strengthen JUMP! Foundation's community presence. They will guide the organization in achieving its ambitious impact and financial goals while maintaining alignment with the values and mission of the Foundation.
ANNUAL STRUCTURE FOR JUMP! IMPACT:
May-September: Focused on providing leadership, direction, and oversight for JUMP! Canada operations (outdoor education and experiential education). Overseeing the outdoor education centre in 100 Mile House, BC.
October-April: Focused on driving School and Community Group bookings, Individual registrations and marketing for JUMP! Canada! Operations,site development planning and oversight,fundraising and grant processing and management to support and fund the outdoor education center and leadership programming for underserved youth offsite and on School campuses in Canada..
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
JUMP! Canada - Program and Operations Planning
Lead, Manage, + Hold Accountable the JUMP! Canada team
Start to draft the Master Operations Schedule (MOS) for all programs, detailing timelines, activities, and staff assignments.
Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of JUMP! Canada operations in preparation for Summer Programs.
JUMP! Canada - Community Engagement and Partnerships
Manage ongoing relationships and communication with existing schools, community organizations, and partners.
Confirm bookings with schools and community groups for 2026 programs, ensuring contracts and agreements are finalized.
Support community communication and outreach efforts, including participating in events and initiatives that build trust and visibility.
JUMP! Canada - Staff Recruitment and Onboarding
Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for program staff, including:
Identifying staffing needs based on program plans.
Ensuring compliance with certifications (e.g., first aid, Class 4 licensing).
Developing onboarding materials in collaboration with the Business Admin.
Develop a draft training plan to be implemented online in April + and in person in May
JUMP! Canada - Fundraising and Resource Development
Oversee a Fundraising Drive for Site Development Projects, collaborating with the Business Admin Manager to secure funding for key site upgrades.Develop partnerships with local businesses and donors to support community outreach and program enrollment.
JUMP! Canada - Marketing + Enrollment
Lead and collaborate with Business Admin to ensure marketing strategies and messaging align with program offerings and organizational goals.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALITIES:
Outdoor education expertise:
Significant experience in outdoor education, camp management, or a related field, including program design, logistics, and curriculum development.
EOS Expertise:
Strong understanding and experience with the
EOS framework or similar structure (OKRs, Rockefeller Habits, etc)
Strategic Vision:
Ability to align operations, staffing, and financial strategies with ambitious growth targets.

Technical proficiency:
Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Google Suite and project management tools.
Physical fitness:
Ability to work in demanding outdoor conditions and participate in physical activities.
Valid driver's license:
Possession of a valid Class 4 driver's license (or willingness to obtain one).
First Aid and CPR certification:
Current certification in First Aid and CPR.

PREFERRED QUALITIES:
Master's degree or equivalent experience.
