Juice Production Operator (Start as Production Apprentice)

We are a fast-growing juice production facility, handling everything from juicing and bottling to labelling and delivery -- and we're looking for driven, detail-oriented team members to grow with us.
All new hires begin as
Production Apprentices
, receiving hands-on training from experienced operators and supervisors. Once you're confidently managing your station with little need for direction, you'll
graduate to Production Operator
, with increased pay and continued opportunities for growth.
What You'll Learn as a Production Apprentice
Assembling, operating, disassembling, and cleaning production equipment
Preparing and producing recipes according to quality and food safety standards
Bottling, labeling, and packing juice for wholesale and direct-to-customer distribution
Maintaining cleanliness, efficiency, and safety on the production floor
You'll receive

to help you succeed.
What You'll Do as a Production Operator
Execute daily tasks and production schedules safely, efficiently and in unison with fellow operators
Follow food safety, quality control, and SOPs
Communicate & collaborate with your teammates and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow, stay focused, and uphold production standards
Operators also support Apprentices on occasion, helping them grow into their role.
