We are currently looking for an Outgoing Operator to join us on the day shift. Our Operators work in our processing facility, operating equipment and PLC's to process fruit purees and juice.

Outgoing Operator Duties

Responsible for the set-up, efficient operation and strict monitoring of filtration and metal detection (critical control point) - Evaporator, Evaporator Feed Tanks Finished Product Tanks, Chillers, Essence Column, Filling Station, and all auxiliary equipment - that may be involved in the process. Coordinate and ensure the balanced flow of and quality of product through the process and equipment by effective communication with other operators, QC personnel, shift supervisors, and other PCFP personnel to meet quality, food safety, and production efficiency objectives. Ensure the proper cleaning and sanitation of the process equipment, auxiliary equipment, and work environment considering prescribed application method, dosage, and testing of chemicals. Record all relevant information as required. Review documents, records, and instructions corresponding to specified production runs, including cleaning and sanitizing records. Ensure all activities requiring monitoring, testing, and/or data recording are properly completed at a prescribed frequency, including equipment operating parameters and in-process production quality parameters, and interpreted to become useful information. Attend shift meetings to get a full understanding of the production plan for the day and to learn of the relevant safety, productivity, and operational change information. Assists with other duties as assigned - equipment and plant cleaning, assuming a broad range of production duties when we are not operating.

Shift Schedule

12-hour shift from 6:00am to 6:15pm Employees work a two-week rotating schedule with Friday, Saturday, Sunday off every second week. Week One - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Week Two - Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Repeat
