JSGS Graduate Research AssistantThe Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy (JSGS) is recruiting a Graduate Research Assistant to work with Professor Haizhen Mou.The Research Assistant will be assigned to:

  • Help with a research project on childcare and other projects;
  • Conduct literature reviews and draft reports; and
  • Other work as needed.
The general location of work will be the Diefenbaker Building where JSGS is located.Required Number of Hours: Casual, up to eight hours per week
Duration of Employment: Immediately to August 29, 2025Qualifications (Skills and Abilities)Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a public policy-relevant social science discipline (i.e., political science, economics, etc.).Preference will be given to applicants currently registered in a graduate program at JSGS at the University of Saskatchewan.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
  • Knowledge of quantitative research methods
  • Experience doing literature reviews
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
