We are seeking a talented and passionate Jr. Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Jr. Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety while supporting the Sous Chef & Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
Assist the Sous Chef & Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation activities.
Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to recipes.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
Collaborate with team members to create innovative menu items and improve existing recipes.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Skills
Proven supervising experience in a culinary or restaurant environment.
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food service.
Excellent team management capabilities with a focus on leadership.
Experience in restaurant management and understanding of kitchen operations.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Background in the food industry with hands-on kitchen experience.
Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to work under pressure.
