A permanent offer will be extended after successful completion of contract period.Additionally, starting in July 2022, we are moving to a hybrid model, with 2 days in office and 3 days work from home.--- --- --- --- ---Position ResponsibilitiesSocial Media

  • Review and create reports on key channel metrics.
  • Work with team members to draft and execute social media strategy including best community practices and user events.
  • Work with team members to create monthly social media calendars.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
  • Draft and execute engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
  • Assist in the creation of updated content messaging.
  • Produce live social media content (including live streams).
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
Marketing/Communication
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Making announcements re: game issues, events, maintenance schedule using a variety of mediums i.e. social media, forum
  • Engaging players via forum regarding feedback and offer information on game updates
  • Answering basic questions related to the game via social media, forum or in game
  • Hosting and participating in game master events, live streaming on Twitch TC and gaming YouTube

Social Media campaigns are developed and implemented at highest quality Social Media events and campaigns are created and implemented with great quality and achieves high engagement level in the community while all official channels are well-maintained2. Ticket responses are handled in a timely and accurate manner Regular sampling and evaluation done by APs and/or managers of present and past tickets confirms quality responses with effective solutions. Weekly/monthly CS reports are also used to measure the quantity of tickets resolved.3. Tasks delegated by the AP or other team members are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high quality of work.Feedback from team members are positive regarding the task.4. Reporting and internal communication is efficient and of high quality.Information is collected and shared with the team in an efficient and effective manner.5. Incumbent demonstrates behaviours aligned with the organization's values, vision and mission statement.Feedback from stakeholders and team members confirms that incumbent consistently demonstrates actions aligned with company's values.--- --- --- --- ---Required Behaviour, Skills, and KnowledgeQualifications & Skills
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Fluency or native speaker (reading, writing and speaking) in Portuguese is a strong asset, but not required
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media or Communications preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience planning, creating, implementing and measuring high-quality social media campaigns
  • Intermediate knowledge of image and video editing software
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to interpret customer needs
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware/software
  • Ability to respond to issues and provide quick, timely resolution
  • Passion for online gaming is a strong asset
